Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Perfect, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives for our clients. You will be responsible for creating and managing end-to-end online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, with the ultimate goal of increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, and maximizing conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and account management, to ensure that our clients’ digital marketing efforts align with their overall advertising strategies.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s specific goals, target audience, and budget constraints.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform search engine optimization (SEO) efforts and content strategies. Create engaging and compelling ad copy, banners, and visuals that resonate with the target audience. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs. Generate regular performance reports and provide insightful recommendations for campaign improvements and optimizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement effective landing pages and user experiences to enhance conversion rates. Utilize social media channels to promote campaigns, engage with audiences, and build brand loyalty. Conduct A/B testing and perform experiments to improve campaign performance continuously. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic insights to achieve their advertising goals. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Advertising Specialist, or similar role, ideally within an advertising agency setting. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC advertising, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing. Familiarity with various ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad networks. Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box. Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to stay current with industry trends and best practices. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
