Minimum Requirements: Grade 12. Must have at least 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Receptionist. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), TraveliT. Switchboard experience.
Key duties: Welcome clients and visitors. Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely, professional and polite manner. Screen all phone calls and ensure they are re-directed to the relevant person. Manage office equipment, stationery stock, and any housekeeping requirements. Ensure that the boardrooms are neat and presentable. Manage boardroom catering orders. Managing the staff contact register. Assist with set up and managing biometric access control of staff. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail for pick-up or courier. Organize courier deliveries. Provide administrative support to the office manager when required.
Events and function planning experience. Managing travel arrangements and itineraries. FROGG Recruitment. Salary: R20 000.00.
