Motor Mechanic – Alfa Romeo Specialist, Fourways, Johannesburg. Company Name: Auto Pit Stop. Motor Mechanic wanted – Alfa Romeo Specialist. Location: Situated in Riversands (Midrand/Fourways). We are Looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and determined Mechanic to join our team.

Minimum requirements: Clean criminal record. Clear ID copy. Qualified Motor Mechanic certificate - Merseta/Olifantsfontein Certificate (all certificates will be vetted). Grade 12 senior certificate. Copy of driver’s license. Up to date detailed cv – please ensure all details are correct (A CV reflects the person you are).

Knowledge/Skills: At least 7 years’ experience as a mechanic at an established workshop working on Alfa Romeo’s from 2010 models onwards. Must have exceptional communication skills. Must be computer literate. The mechanic must have the following attributes - works well under pressure, well organized, comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment, trustworthy, exceptional attention to detail.

The Mechanic we are looking to employ must meet the minimum requirements – no exceptions will be made. The Mechanic will be required to work on Alfa Romeo’s. The mechanic must be able to perform various tasks such as, Minor and major services / Remove and fit engines / Strip and assemble engines / Remove and replace gearbox / Braking systems / Steering / Cylinder head overhaul/ Suspension / Differentials / Electrical Diagnostics / Mechanical diagnostics / Clutch overhauls.

Market related salary (dependant on experience). This is a six-month contract vacancy thereafter we will review the position on a permanent basis. Please do not apply if you do not meet the minimum requirements.
