Support the Manager in maintaining a high professional standard of performance and to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant’s operation
Supervise the work of the team members by providing guidance and coaching when needed
Assign duties to team members and oversee/monitor their development
Resolve conflicts among team members and handle complaints of customers
Sustain effective relationship between the Manager and team members
Take an active role by welcoming the new team members, assisting on their training, and participating fully in all ongoing other trainings
Provide initiative and support towards the growth and development of the team
Aware of all relevant legislation and ensure that all legal requirements are met, including licensing, Health and Safety at work, Fire Precautions, Manual Handling, and others
Follow Company rules, regulations, policies, and standards
Maintain hygiene and food safety as per the Food Hygiene and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
