HR Administrator, Uitenhage, Eastern Cape. We're Hiring! Position: HR Administrator. Location: Group1 Uitenhage.
Role responsibilities: Assist with daily HR functions and clerical support. Payroll Assistant. Compile/update employee records.
Competencies: Excellent customer service. Teamwork and collaboration ability. Time management – planning/prioritising/organizing. Ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail. Self-motivated. Strong ethical beliefs, in line with the company’s values.
Experience and skills: Proficient computer and typing skills. Strong administrative skill. Good interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to build relationships. Previous experience in payroll. SAGE/VIP system knowledge will be advantageous. PAYE EMP201 &EMP501 & IRP`5 Processing. MIBCO Bargaining council knowledge will be advantageous. Employment Equity knowledge. Disciplinary hearings experience.
Education Requirements: A certificate in HR will be advantageous. Matric.
