Responsibilities: Provide high-quality technical support for various software products and SaaS solutions. Consult and guide clients on the use, functionality, and management of our products. Learn and adapt to new coding languages and technologies as necessary for supporting different applications. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly. Work closely with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Keep abreast of latest industry trends and advancements in technology. Provide insightful feedback and suggestions for product improvements and enhancement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Consultant, Software Developer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of various coding languages. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new ones. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
