Admin Assistant to Financial Advisors, Durbanville, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Brilliance BlueStar. We are looking for a brilliant Admin Assistant to join our team of financial advisors at Sanlam in Bellville.
Education and experience requirements: Grade 12 with mathematics or accounting as a subject. An accounting or finance background. At least 5 years work experience.
Job responsibilities: Admin and planning support to advisors. Data capturing. Prepare, submit and manage investment and insurance instructions. Obtain policy and employee benefit information of clients. Summarise client portfolios. General admin duties such as filing, typing, copying and binding.
Skills: Excellent communication skills. Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Information analysis. Multi-task under pressure. Work independently and in a team. Positive "can do" attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Good time management skills.
Remuneration: R12,000 to R16,000 p.m. negotiable based on relevant experience
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8:00 to 16:30
