Opera knowledge is a must. Strong organization and time management skills. Proven ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast paced environment. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Opera Sales & Catering. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service. Keen attention to detail and timeliness. A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
