Requirements: Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools is a plus.
