Pipe Insulator (3rd Yr to Journeyman Pipe Insulator)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day
Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 Hourly for 70 hours per week, Group Insurance Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Insulator Trade Certification, 3rd Period Apprentice, 4th Period Apprentice, Driver's License
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial
Types of Systems: Underground conduits and piping, Plumbing, cold water and drain lines, Ventilation and exhaust, Hot water systems and equipment, Air conditioning
Specific Skills: Apply and secure insulation using appropriate installation method, Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
Security and Safety: Driver's validity license check
Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Gloves
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Working with others, Decision making, Computer use
