Danfoss is currently looking a Production Supervisor who will be accountable for overseeing all aspects of the heat exchanger production process. The production process encompasses various tasks such as the assembly of HEX, testing, packing/delivery, production of insulation and drip trays, as well as fabrication and welding works.

Additionally, the Production Supervisor will hold responsibility for ensuring the health and safety of all employees on the production floor. The position will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Supervision of Heat exchanger, Insulation, Drip tray & fabrication process,

Efficient handling of production technicians to meet set production requirements,

Keep recording/reporting of production related process (Computer/manual),

Preparation or monthly over time and leaves of line staff and keep proper record,

Coordinating with store to receive/deliver Bill of material from store,

Delegating production order to concern technician and coordination with local vendors,

Confirming the production order after successful completion through relevant system,

Coordinating with other departments like Sales, Quality & Warehouse and forecast planning for production consumables.
