Customer Success Agent, Northcliff, Johannesburg. Company Name: Lucidity Training Ltd Pty. We are looking for a Customer Success Agent who is energetic, customer-oriented individual responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer success. This individual will serve as a liaison between customers and the company, responding to customer inquiries quickly and accurately. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying customer needs and proactively recommending solutions to optimize their customer's experience.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely manner. Document customer interactions accurately and consistently. Proactively suggest improvements to customer experience based on customer feedback or customer requests. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate issues to the appropriate team if needed. Ensure customer requests are handled in a manner that provides a positive customer experience. Monitor customer service metrics to ensure proper levels of service are met. Provide technical advice on product usage and troubleshooting. Develop an understanding of the company’s products and services.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
