The candidate that will fit perfectly will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a head chef or senior sous chef. The ability to write menus for seasons. Understand Costings and food orders. A passion for team work and training juniors. A desire to run their own kitchen. It is a small team and we seek someone to lead and be part of our family at Silver Forest.
