Our company is seeking a Sales and Admin Assistant to join our team and support our growing e-commerce sales division. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and has a strong attention to detail. As the Sales and Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing sales-related tasks, including quotes, invoices, and warranty issues.

Responsibilities: Process and manage sales quotes, invoices, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfilment and address any order-related issues. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Assist in preparing sales reports, analysing sales data, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related documents and data. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not required. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to adapt to new technologies and software systems quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in e-commerce or knowledge of online sales platforms is an advantage.

Additional Note: This is an office-based position located in Alberton, Johannesburg. The applicant must be able to commute to our offices on a daily basis.
