Provide users with technology basic support and basic training, which includes uploading users, identify and refer high level support queries, assist with basic sales support, answering questions regarding application use, and basic use of the platform.

Assist with sales support. You need excellent organizational, people skills and computer skills including Microsoft 365. An added bonus would be any diploma or degree in information technology, or a relevant field. We require 40 hours of service a month at R6000 per month with discretionary bonus available. As an external contractor, most work can be done remotely, own transport is required. Should be competent with bulk mailing and Google docs.
