Coordinate and maintain the overview of bunker deliveries on a daily basis. Optimizing fleet utilization, movements and maximizing throughput. Daily communication with customer vessels, agents & suppliers. Ensuring that all operations are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations & documentary requirements. Continuously keep CRM system up to date. Send bunker orders, loading orders and instructions to our fleet.
Support the local trading team with ad hoc tasks. The Successful Applicant. Minimum two years of experience within logistics/shipping/operations functions. Proven experience working with the oil/gas/bunker /tanker Operations/container/shipping/3PL industries. Experienced user of Microsoft Office, and experience with Microsoft NAV is a plus. Knowledge of HSEQ and a general technical understanding are an advantage. Solution oriented candidate willing to look at the larger picture – focusing on cause-and-effect analysis. Strong communication skills – Fluent in both written and verbal English. Curious towards business environment, proactive and enjoys taking a new challenge, willingness to learn and adapt, needs to think on their feet.
Good at building relations and securing a two-way communication both internally and externally.
