Responsibilities: Manifest instructional jumps and assist the instructors with their daily plans. Manifest all customers onto their preferred loads and assist with any troubleshooting. Manage equipment rental (rigs, auxiliary equipment). Enter and manage data so that daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports can be generated when required.
Check-in customers, accept payments and provide them with further assistance if required.
Collect and verify customer documents and information.
Respond to email and phone inquiries.
Minimum Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant qualification. Advanced Computer Skills.
