Job Responsibilities: Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Serves customers by helping them select products. Provides outstanding customer service. Processes Sales. Inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Pricing of merchandise. Processing and packing of online, trade or transfer orders. Posting of ads on online marketplaces.

General Store Duties: Cold Calling potential clients. Maintaining relationships with existing customers. Promoting store offers. Technical Assistance. Preparation of orders. Reaching sales targets. Assisting at trade shows or exhibitions.

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications/ Skills: Listening. Excellent customer service. Meeting sales goals. Selling to customer needs. Product knowledge. People & Communication skills. High Energy level. Dependability. General math skills. Fluent in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent Computer Skills. Must Have Experience in the Lighting, Electrical and Solar Sectors. Working Monday – Saturday. Own Vehicle Required ( AA Rates paid for business travel). Salary: R7500 per month + 2% Commission on Target.
