Receptionist Role at Established Firm, Rondebosch, Southern Suburbs. Company Name: Personix.

Duties: Brand ambassador- responsible to manage the front desk and client experience, being the first point of contact (impression) with clients and visitors either in person or telephonically.

Responsibilities: Greet and offer refreshments to clients and external resources. Booking boardrooms- Client focus. Assist Long Term with creating physical client folders and client packs and other tasks required from time to time. Assist with client presentations – end to end process. Maintain client lists for client presentations- RSVPs. Monitor stationary list (operationally-toner and for internal staff). Monitor supply of refreshments. Responsible to co- ordinate any building maintenance. General housekeeping. Bathrooms and Boardrooms are “client ready”. Professional message taking. Update static client data on Xplan.

Manage Outlook. Maintain relationships with telephone suppliers/ technical – printers and hardware. Distribute and monitor all incoming and outgoing mail. Prepare all outgoing mail- create labels, stamps and envelopes. Monitor and assign duties to the Cleaner and Gardner.

Assistance to the Short term team re: SMS’s to clients, renewals, CRM, unpaids, filing, record keeping, drafting of letters. Assistance to Planners re: direct queries.

Qualifications: Matric/Grade 12. Min. 2 years’ experience preferable with clear working history. Excellent command of the English language. Excellent computer, typing and filing skills – (Excel, Word, Outlook…). Must have own transport. Must be punctual for work. Salary Bracket - R6 500 depending on experience.
