Junior Sales Administrator, Other, West Rand. Company Name: Redwill / Opentel.Job Specification: Junior Sales Administrator. R 6000 – R 8 000 depending on experience. Mentorship and grow into a senior role.

Onboarding and Office Administration: Customer vetting and onboarding (Fulfil and manage the end2end process). Manage router deliveries and client login credentials. Manage and report on pending activations (End2End process). Manage client expectations on activations and escalate all late activations with Fibre Network Operators (FNO’s). Dealing with basic account queries – First line (Directing customers to billing portals). Manage the relationship between Opentel and all FNO’s – Obtain updates and provide management reports daily and weekly. New customer reports.

Managing suspensions due to non-payment and re-activations when payments are made. Assist with calling clients on overdue accounts. Being the go between other departments and backoffice through current processes and assisting to create new processes as and when needed. Be available on weekends to assist with any backoffice queries. Provide training to new backoffice staff and new learners as and when needed. Documenting of processes. Assist with product pricing from current and potential suppliers on an adhoc basis.

Sales: Follow the current sales workflow process. Provide sales reports to the sales director and management on a daily basis. Assist in streamlining the end2end process from sales, to support and accounts, up until the client is live. Providing assistance and guidance to the sales staff as and when needed. Assisting sales with customer queries and managing their new client expectations. Following up on client queries within the sales, support, and capture process. Assist management with Sales pipelines and enforce this on behalf of management.

Office Admin: Assisting the CEO in any administrative requirements. Providing regular feedback and reports to CEO on an adhoc basis. Assisting CEO with any administrative queries and providing timeous feedback. Assisting HR in any HR related requirements and queries. Assist support with client appointments, create the ticket and schedule the callouts. Be the go between staff and management – Assist to drive or create the process.

General: Being proactive and showing initiative is encouraged. Being able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment. Timeous communication, internally and externally. Being a fast learner, grasping of concepts and processes are advantageous for your personal growth within the organisation. Being aware of all tasks that need to be completed daily. Scheduling of incomplete tasks to be diarised and followed up on. Planning and organisational skills. Having good time management skills. Proving timeous feedback to management.
