Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about properties or new projects. Answer questions about properties, new projects, or company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and convert general leads into opportunities. Direct potential leads to the sales agents’ team. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for customer profiling. Working towards converting company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Requirements and skills: Proven experience in a telesales or other sales/customer service role. Understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to learn about new projects and describe/explain them to prospects. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. Good knowledge of MS Office and telephone systems. Excellent knowledge of English, and Arabic is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus. Fluent in English.
