The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the daily operations of the organization. They will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as managing calendars, organizing files, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings. The Administrative Assistant must have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels. Assist with organizing company events and functions. Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field. (Freshers also can apply). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
