Experienced Private Investigator Wanted Urgently, Westville, West Suburbs. FSG Forensics - a national private/forensic investigation and forensic services practice - has an urgent vacancy for a PSIRA registered Private Investigator (who seeks to become a forensic investigator) at our Westville, Durban head office.

To qualify for the position Applicants must have at least 5 years' civil and criminal investigation experience (especially the investigation of financial crimes, the merits of civil disputes but especially civil disputes involving financial and contractual breaches, the investigation of the financial circumstances of people/companies to identify and locate their assets, and finding people/companies), must have a working knowledge of laws related to evidence and the admissibility of evidence, to court/legal processes, to criminal procedures, to civil dispute procedures, to legal entities, to private and public finance management, to Estates, and to human rights, must be fully computer literate with advanced internet research experience/skills, must be professionally English literate to compose Investigation Proposals, maintain accurate and detailed Investigation Diaries, write investigation Progress Reports, Investigation Final Reports, and depose detailed affidavits, must have effective time management skills, must have at least a Code 8 driver's license and own a vehicle and cellphone to use for work, must be prepared to work long hours, travel, and work out-of-town, must have traceable references, must have a demonstrable work ethic, and must be a person of the highest integrity. preferance will be given to Applicants who, firstly have best combination of "appropriate educational qualifications" and "legal knowledge and financial management knowledge" and, secondly who are members of (if not accredited by) the ICFP/ACFE. Remuneration is dependent on experience, qualifications and accreditations, but includes a salary, commissions, and vehicle and cellphone allowances.
