Responsibilities: Conducting outbound calls to potential clients in order to set up appointments for our sales team. Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects. Representing our brand in a professional and positive manner. Keeping accurate records of interactions and results in our CRM system. Collaborating with our sales team to ensure the best customer experience possible.

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling in the telecoms and office automation industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Results-driven and goal-oriented. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
