Fast - growing group of companies based in the Kleinmond area offers an opportunity to an experienced Accounts Administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Finance team.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Monthly bookkeeping process up to trail balance. Monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries. Full tenant billing function. Full client billing function for recurring, once off and technical work. Debtors, Creditors, Cashbooks, Invoicing, Journals. Ensure bank statements, payments and transactions are allocated. Ensure that all petty cash expenses checked and captured. Deposit reconciliations. Account reconciliations. Audit/annual financial file preparations.

Requirements: Matric Diploma / Certificate in Accounting / Bookkeeping / experience 3 to 4 years’ experience in debtors and creditors. Security & Telecommunications industry experience will be a bonus. Computer skills including the ability to operate computerised accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing programs at a highly proficient level. Accounting Software Experience (Examples will be required).

Advanced MS Excel Skills. Good understanding of accounting principles. Good relationship building skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Team player and deadline driven. Meticulous attention to detail. Motivated and ambitious. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to use initiative and good problem-solving skills. Full credit check is required.
