Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Receive payments, Investigate complaints, Access and process information
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available
