Junior Restaurant Manager, Sea Point & Three Anchor Bay, Atlantic Seaboard. Company Name: African Spirit. Junior Restaurant Manager needed for busy 3 Star hotel. Busy Sea Point hotel is looking for a restaurant manager with 1 year plus experience. 6 shifts a week,06:00-15:00 with some late shift.

Pilot experience advantageous, but not essential (stock take, invoice capturing, cash up etc.) Must be a team player, hands on and be able to interact well with guest. Must be able to run a shift, delicate to staff and deal with any guest issues. Reliable transport or must reside in the area.
