Duties and Responsibilities: Promote and sell the company's range of products (paint and allied products). Build professional relationships with key customers through regular visits and reviews in order to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.

Source and develop new customers. Plan call cycles to regular customers and prospect visits. Achieve sales budgets on a consistent basis. Grow a customer base, turnover and profits in order to ensure the company's growth targets are achieved. Attend to customers complaints and concerns, and ensure that appropriate, corrective action is taken. Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain excellent customer relations.

Requirements: Grade 12, 3 years or more experience in the paint retail and wholesale trade. Sales and technical knowledge is essential. Valid drivers license. Own vehicle. Dynamic individual who is driven by performance, can handle a diverse customer base and is able to negotiate at all levels. Good communication skills. Excellent time management, Presentable, Self-confident. Self-starter with energy, drive and passion to achieve results.
