Key responsibility of FM coordinator to maintain follow up and up keep the BOH & FOH, daily attendance allocation of manpower as per building requirement, MOVE OUT and MOVE-IN,
Charges finalizing in coordination with sales dept.
If any legal issues arise to be escalated to FM manager.
Coordinate with security dept/sales and accounts for closing of move out report.
Follow up PPM and AMC through concern vendors and FM coordinator,
Daily material requirement MR posting and level approval in PACT.
Follow up stores and delivery team.
Closing of complaint register
Closing of MATERIAL FIXING
Report to FM manager on daily basis.
Keep tracking records of all upcoming inspection schedules and report to FM Manager.
Smooth operation to provide highest level of facility to our valuable residents.
Preparation of weekly and monthly report and submit to FM manager for review and approval
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Professional Qualifications:(Certifications & Accreditations)
Preferable having experience in PACT/SAP/CAFEM/Microsoft
Competencies
(Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Ability to seek challenges
Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in facility management or hospitality industry,
Languages: Level required of -written and spoken English/ Arabic/ Hindi, Other etc.
