We are a well-established property investment and development company based in Sandton, seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our team in their daily tasks.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team, including bookkeeping and data entry. Manage and maintain the office's organization and cleanliness. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries. Perform general office duties, such as scanning, faxing, and filing. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Requirements: Fluent in both English and Afrikaans. Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally. Own reliable transportation. Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience with trackable references. Bookkeeping experience is preferable.
