Automotive Mechanic
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day
Salary: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 Yearly for 44 hours per week, Bonus, Dental Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Type of Experience: Automobiles
Area of Specialization: Front-end components, Diagnostics, Alignment, steering and suspension, Brake systems, Drive train components
Automotive Service Technician Specific Skills: Road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems and components, Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, Perform scheduled maintenance service
Mechanical Repairer Specific Skills: Diagnose faults and malfunctions, Repair and replace mechanical units
Truck Mechanic Specific Skills: Perform scheduled maintenance service
Additional Skills: Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor, Customer service skills
Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Hand-eye co-ordination
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver's licence
