Property Rental Agent, Johannesburg, Company Name: Landstar Property Solutions. JHB-South based property company specialising in rentals and management in all areas of Gauteng. We are in search for property rental consultants with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the aforementioned role.

This opportunity does allow for working remotely and also includes an attractive commission structure with earning potential between R2000.00 and R40 000.00 plus per month. Base Salary negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.

The following is an outline of the responsibilities and duties but not limited to: Market & monitor vacancies in the assigned portfolio and to make sure the units are advertised on Prop 24. Call the enquiries that have come in via Prop 24/To Let Boards and arrange viewings daily. Telephonic follow up calls to tenants for the applications, compiling the supporting documentation and references. Credit Vetting with ITC checks on TPN on all prospective tenants with full reports. Sending completed applications to the PMs for Landlord approval.

Completing of the lease agreement/s with the approved tenant/s and discussing in detail the terms and conditions of the lease. Arrange pre-inspections and exit inspections with the tenants moving in/out and submit the required paperwork to their portfolio manager/client when required and doing a proper key handover. Communicate with PM’s to update owners in regards for their units with enquiries. Contact new prospective clients/owners that want to rent out their property and list the property on our books when required.
