Hiring a Data Entry Operator in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities: Organizes and arranges documents for data entry process.
Carries out extensive data entry tasks using a variety of computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and others.
Verifies and logs receipt of data. Transcribes source data into the required electronic format. Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies. Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
Job Requirements: High school diploma. Two to three years experience in same role.
Experience with Microsoft Office and good typing speed. Possesses strong organizational abilities and the capability to maintain concentration on specific assignments. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
