Quick ability to learn. Previous sales experience of 2 years. Good telephonic etiquette and communication skills. Customer service oriented. Confident and assertive. Good people skills and the ability to engage professionally with distressed debtors. Good understanding of debt review from beginning to end. Active listening and probing skills. Strong negotiation skills and power of persuasion.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Basic Salary: From R5000 - R6000. Attendance Bonus and Uncapped Commission.

Ability to commute/relocate: Essenwood, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
