Retail Food Auditor, City Centre, Cape Town. Company Name: Food Safety Specialist. Food Safety Specialist is looking for an independent Food Safety and Hygiene auditor to service our clients along the east coast of South Africa.

The position requirements are as follows: Candidate to be familiar with regulation R638. Necessary qualifications and experience pertaining to Food safety and hygiene. Able to travel between the Eastern and Western Cape areas. Must have own transport and in possession of a smart phone. Good people skills. Must be able to provide consultation to client when required.

Responsibilities: Conducting independent Food Safety & Hygiene audits. Providing advice and consultation to clients if required. Compiling and submitting reports to the office on a daily basis.
