Our client in FMCG is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk with 3-5 years’ experience to cover a maternity cover starting  till end May 2023. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing creditors expense data against purchase orders and receipts, analysing, and capturing overheads incurred through petty cash and credit cards and reconciling rebates and discounts. Salary Negotiable – Fixed Term Contract starts till end May 2023.

Min Requirements: Minimum qualification matric (Grade 12)Financial Qualification would be an added advantage Excellent numerical and MS Excel (Intermediate) skills Experience working on SAGE Accounting System is desirable

Job Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience with full knowledge of creditors systems and reconciliations (experience within the FMCG advantageous)Processing and Validating Creditors Expense Data Management of overheads through Credit Cards and Petty Cash. Cash flow Projections
