Our eatery is looking for an experienced head chef that has excellent time management and communication skills. You would need to handle the pass. You need to be able to work under pressure. We are looking for someone with excellent hygiene and you need to be organised. Following strict processes and procedures as well as executing recipes thoroughly. managing kitchen staff, check lists and stock control. Also need to manage catering and communicate with the host regarding special request and delivery of catering in the building.

Requirements: 10 years experienced at a restaurant (fast food outlets do not count). Live one taxi away from Sandton. Matric or O level.
