Administrative Assistant required urgently for an Audit & Financial Consulting firm in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities: Acting as the face of the entity and first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Following up on the manager/executive’s important tasks and deadlines. Organizing meetings.
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, on daily activities.
Managing databases, document control and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes.
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Various ad hoc requests.
Requirements: Relevant work experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant will be added advantage. A Bachelor degree is a must. Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency. Ability to multitask and time management skills. Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Professional discretion & efficiency. Ability to work on own initiative. Honesty and reliability. Attention to detail.
