Summary of Key responsibilities: Enforce the buildings rules. Maintenance of the building. Maintenance of the garden and grounds. Safety and security of residents and staff. Staff management and development. 40 hour standard work week with all weekends and public holidays free. Must be available 24 hours a day under very special circumstances or emergencies. Take charge of all emergencies in the building.

Take Rubbish to the Dump. Control purchasing of consumables and other necessities. Maintain a file of receipts of goods purchased. Must control and monitor invoices for payments. Stock control, Project manage our appointed contractors, Must control and monitor renovations and contractors doing renovations. Must control our ongoing service providers to our standards and requirements. Prepare work rosters and effectively control staff leave.
