The Purpose Of The Position: We are seeking a housekeeper to join our Store housekeeping Team. The successful candidate will ensure all aspects of cleaning and store housekeeping are done.

Key Responsibilities: Equipment is kept neat and tidy at all times. All aspects of cleaning and store housekeeping, including public and staff areas and all internal areas (including stairwells as applicable), and agreed restricted external areas (e e.g. main store entrance area).

Vacuuming all carpeted areas, mop floors, dust/wipe/polish surfaces, door handles and skirting, spot clean walls, clean windows and other glass areas, clean sinks, taps & surrounding surfaces, clean and sanitise toilets, refill paper towels, toilet paper dispensers, liquid soap dispensers as scheduled or when otherwise necessary, empty internal general waste/rubbish bins & replace liners, remove rubbish and manage disposal as per local regulations. Cleaning frequency daily or as otherwise stipulated. Ensuring compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation and organisational and quality requirements and working policies and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience: A Matric Certificate advantageous. A clear criminal record. Minimum 1 years’ experience. Good communication skills. A team player. The candidate must be prepared to work shifts.
