Job Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving annual budget, profit, strategies of the product line. Collecting & preparing list of potential customer from the company resources or through social media platform. Managing activities in key accounts of the region through CRM and spearheading account management efforts by organizing regular review meetings to achieve optimum client satisfaction on the company product & services. Meeting stakeholders’ regularly (end users, project site personnel, consultants, contractors and government department officials) for establishing relationship and increasing the enquiry level for both standard & tailor-made products. Delivering high-impact product presentation to stakeholders for bagging new project orders. Create new enquiries and maintain an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order pipeline. Meeting the existing key customers regularly for ensuring routine business. Visiting sites, interpreting application requirements, discussing the challenge with customer & proposing solution with company product & services. Preparing/managing techno-commercial quotations to the customers, negotiate price & terms, and execute the orders.
