Requirements: 3-5 years working experience as a Debtors Clerk. Must be computer literate (Pastel). Attention to detail. Be motivated, driven and able to work under pressure. Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment as well as on individual basis. Have own transport. Reside in Paarl / Wellington area.

Responsibilities will include: Manage the debtors book. Accurate allocation of all deposits, credit notes to correct customer accounts. Follow up on outstanding debts and ensure their proper and timely recovery. Resolving of queries on accounts. Manage credit notes. Administrative duties including filing.
