The suitable candidate must be: Experienced with proven track records. Passionate about the Industry. Well organised and Innovative Individual. Exceptionally Hard Working, and Dedicated. Be able to Train, Mentor and Develop Staff. Team worker who can pass down knowledge and expertise to subordinates.

Understanding of running a busy, multiple sectioned kitchen. Able to adhere to all Hygiene Protocols. Be able to Work Shifts, maintain Food Cost and work Under Pressure.
