Innovative Chef - Knysna, Eden, Company Name: Lynne Harris Recruitment. Our client is opening an upmarket farm stall / deli serving breakfasts and lunches with a difference: with standard food but presenting beautiful platters of hand-picked meats and fresh vegetables.

The deli will be open from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. daily so there will be no evening shifts.  Will work weekends. Qualification from a culinary school is advantageous. At least 3 years of 4-star restaurant cheffing is required – but not just grilling. The applicant must be innovative and creative in their work.

Excellent presentation skills are required. Passion for delivering great food and service. The position is permanent. Own transport is essential. As this is an urgent vacancy applicant must already live in the Knysna/Sedgefield area.
