Junior Labour Consultant, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. Company Name: Red Rock Recruitment. Our client a labour consultancy firm in Port Elizabeth is looking to appoint a Junior Labour Consultant for their firm to start as soon as possible.

Requirements and Duties: Must own a reliable vehicle. Willing to travel to clients in the Eastern Cape as and when required with stay overs when required. Minimum of 3 years experience in labour consulting to clients.

Experience must include advising on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity) etc, chairing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA / Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations (representing members), drafting of contracts of employment, sound knowledge of labour legislation.

Must be able to work independently. Must be able to sign up new clients and grow the existing client base. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), Afrikaans (spoken) will be advantageous.
