The following skills are required: Computer Skills - must be able to use Medical Applications and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Good telephone etiquette, excellent communication skills verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure with good co-ordination skills. Reception duties and host the patients. Timeously Responding to WhatsApp messages, call emails and Social media posts. Booking of Patients Appointments. Checking benefits of Medical Aids. Doctors personal assistant. Must have a valid driver's license to perform daily errands with a company vehicle. Patients administration and keeping accurate filing records electronically. Stock Control and Ordering of Stock. All Stock transactions must be recorded daily on Excel. Assist with Product Sales. Process all medical Aid billing on the medical computer system daily. Medical and on the job training shall be provided. Assisting with Surgical and Aesthetic procedures.

Added Advantages: Previous beauty therapy experience. Previous work experience in a medical environment. Vibrant and energetic person. Honest. Customer service experience shall be an added advantage.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09h00 to 18h00. Saturdays 09h00 - 15h00.

Salary - R4000
