Maintenance Manager needed for Guest farm, Worcester, Cape Winelands. Company Name: Guest Farm. Package: 2 bedroom cottage to live in on the property - required to live on site, water and electricity included.

Tata bakkie to drive around in locally. Salary +-R8 000pm depending on skills.

Location: Just outside of Worcester, Western Cape.

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee workers, Fetch and drop workers from town in mornings and afternoons - 10km drive, Help with restoration of old cottages, Manage garden, irrigation, expansion of gardens, Interact with guests if needed on occasion.

Required/preferred skills: Know how to install irrigation. Have basic mechanical knowledge to maintain lawnmowers, farm bakkie etc. Knowledge of basic building skills such as woodwork, bricklaying, plastering etc. Knowledge of basic electrical work for maintenance and basic repairs. Knowledge of basic plumbing work for maintenance and basic repairs. Good people skills. 3 month probation period.
