A vacancy exists for a position as a Chef de Partie to maintain high standards of hygiene, high quality of food set in taste and presentation, speedy preparation of food with minimum wastage in the kitchen and to assist in all service areas when necessary.

Place of work: Kelvin Grove Club kitchens (primarily Terrace & Poolside).

Hours of work: 44 hours per week as per roster.

Responsible to: Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Education & Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar environment. Professional cookery qualification.

Requirements: Team player; Dependable; Work well under pressure; Ability to multi-task;
