Job Duties/Responsibilities will include: Manage the trading calendar of the MD. Be able to analyze market reports. Follow up on tasks given and report promptly. Follow up on new investment opportunities. Be able to prepare files for the analyst. Ensure all documentation is neatly filed.

Scanning, saving and updating of documents, typing and assistance with presentations. Ensure that there is always tea, coffee, milk etc., petty cash, stationary, printer cartridges on hand and in stock, keeping the office tidy in general. Organise maintenance of office equipment. Prepare policies and procedures of company.

Candidate Requirements/ Experience: Matric including Maths/Maths Literacy, business management or financial management. Ability to work under pressure. Highly beneficial if you are Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. Presentable, professional, good manners and well groomed. Open minded. Able to manage themselves, Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Discretion and confidentiality. knowledgeable in website and logo design advantageous. Preferably someone who stays around Kya Sands, Cosmo City, Northriding, and surrounding areas.
