3-4 years of relevant experience in managing the office front desk such as attending calls professionally, mail/deliveries distribution, assisting visitors & navigate them through an office, and taking care of logistics (office events, lunch arrangements, refreshment arrangements,etc.) during client meetings, arranging car park slots for clients, maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, and supporting daily office functions/clerical receptionist duties.
